1. I-Sesame paste (iTahini paste) icebile ngamaprotheni, ama-amino acid, amavithamini namaminerali, futhi inenani eliphakeme lezempilo.

2. Okuqukethwe yikhalsiyamu okunamathiselwe ngasesame kuphakeme kakhulu kunemifino nobhontshisi, kungokwesibili ngemuva kwesikhumba semfanzi. 3. I-Sesame unamathisela insimbi iphindwe kaningana kunesibindi, isikhuphasha seqanda, imvamisa ukudla akudli nje kuphela kunomthelela omuhle ekulungisweni kwe-anorexia engaphelele, kodwa futhi nokulungisa nokuvimbela ukuntuleka kwe-iron anemia.

4. IThahini icebile nge-lecithin, evimbela izinwele ukuthi zingabi mhlophe noma ziwe ngaphambi kwesikhathi.

5. ISesame iqukethe uwoyela omningi, inomsebenzi omuhle wokuphumuza amathumbu.

Umphumela nomsebenzi wokunamathisela kwesame:

1. Khulisa isifiso sakho sokudla. Ukunamathiswa kweSesame kungakhuthaza isifiso sokudla, kusize kakhulu ekumungeni izakhi zomzimba ezisayinwe.

2. Ukubambezeleka kokuguga. I-Sesame paste iqukethe cishe u-70% we-vitamin E, onomphumela omuhle kakhulu we-antioxidant, ongavikela isibindi, uvikele inhliziyo futhi wephuze ukuguga.

3. Vimbela ukulahleka kwezinwele. Imbewu yesame emnyama inothe nge-biotin, okungcono kakhulu ekulahlekelweni izinwele okubangelwa ubuthakathaka nokuguga ngaphambi kwesikhathi, kanye nokulahleka kwezinwele okunomuthi kanye nokulahleka kwezinwele okubangelwa izifo ezithile.

4. Khulisa ukuqina kwesikhumba. Ukudla i-tahini njalo kungakhuphula ukuqina kwesikhumba.

5. Cebisa igazi. Ukusetshenziswa njalo kwe-tahini unamathisela akugcini nje ngokuba nomthelela omuhle ekulungisweni kwe-anorexia yokudla okuyingxenye, kepha futhi kungavimbela i-iron defence anemia.

6. Khuthaza ukukhula kwamathambo. Okuqukethwe kwe-calcium okunamathiselwe ku-tahini kuphakeme kakhulu, kwesibili kuphela esikhunjeni sezimfanzi, okuvame ukudliwa kunenzuzo ekukhuleni kwamathambo namazinyo.
